In the current bodybuilding international scene the most popular pre-contest anabolic steroid is Winstrol or better known as Stanozolol. The main reasons for it’s popularity are that it is both an injectable and oral steroid and that the androgenic side effects are minimal.
The great thing about Winstrol steroids is that they never aromatize. which in other words means that estrogen is not produced and water is not retained in the system. It really has an amazing fan club in the bodybuilding world due to it’s safe use for pre-contest steroid cycles.
So Winstrol steroids can be taken both orally and by injection, but the real advantage with Winstrol anabolic steroids is that bodybuilders will see the same results regardless of how they are administered.
C17-alpha alkylated compounds such as the Winstrol steroid need to be taken with care as they may harm our liver. This is due to the protection orals have from being literally destroyed by the liver, so shorter steroid cycles are advised when taking the the Winstrol anabolic steroid orally.
The range of Winstrol anabolic steroids as tablets is from about 2mg to 50mg allowing this to be the most common form for Winstrol anabolic steroids to be used. The real quality product though is the injectable or micronized type, but due to the water base, they must be injected daily for optimal results. more…

It’s not often that we recommend any other websites. Why? Because we frankly do not believe that many offer “unbiased” information that would be useful to you.
Sometimes information may well be useful to the bodybuilder, but as most sites real objective is to sell you supplements (sooner or later) then you are right in doubting who you can believe in this game.
Hence, as I note above, we do not recommend other products and sites as a rule… and especially, I may add, when those sites are the “competition”, and the headline reads “get the perfect body in 6 months!”.
So, I have to admit it was an incredibly pleasant surprise to read “The Bodybuilding Truth” — sold by Elitefitness.com the other day and discover that it is an excellent ebook.

So, you wanna be a bodybuilder, huh? Stand up on stage next to the big boys, get all the ladies, never have that sand kicked in your face again, I hear ya. There’s one little problem though. Walking around with all that extra steroid-induced muscle isn’t all peaches and cream baby. Sometimes it can be a downright pain in the ass (literally). Sit back and pay attention, school is now in session.
Breathing is a Bitch
If you’ve ever had the chance to hang out with a professional bodybuilder, one thing becomes immediately clear. Most of these guys suck wind like you wouldn’t believe. Simple tasks, like say, checking the mail for instance, is enough to make a lot of these guys gasp and wheeze for oxygen.
I myself have experienced this on many occasions. I own a three-story condo with plenty of stairs. Stairs. The bane to my existence. Do you know how many times I’ve considered installing one of those chairs that helps old people up the stairs? It’s especially lovely after a brutal leg workout, it’s 11 at night, and I’ve got to get some sleep. Do I climb three flights of stairs so I can get to my bedroom or crash out on the couch?
The human heart was not designed to pump blood through miles of additional vascular networks that are created through steroid induced hypertrophy. Quite frankly, many of these athletes are taxing their hearts to very dangerous levels. The combination of extreme size, steroid-related hypertension, and lack of cardiovascular conditioning makes for a dangerous combination.
You Sweat Like a Gerbil at a Gay Pride Rally
Ok, I admit that was probably in poor taste, but it was damn funny. Who likes to sweat? Hey, if you’re planning on being one of the big boys, you’re going to learn to love it! You think you sweat profusely now? Wait until you’re about 280 lbs of muscle and see what happens. more…

Scott Peck in his best seller “The Road Less Traveled” opens up the first sentence of the book with the statement that “Life is difficult”.
He goes on to say that if we accept this fact rather than struggling against it our lives will become easier. Paradoxical isn’t it?
His thinking and elaboration of this becomes very interesting and involved, but the gist of it boils down to the thought that we should learn to flow with our life and circumstances when we can’t change them.
Instead, if we learn to creatively adapt to our circumstances we will happier people, and more content.

IGF-1 is naturally produced in the liver as a result of GH (Growth Hormone) metabolism in the presence of insulin. Muscle tissue can also produce IGF-1 by way of an intracellular response. In fact, one of the benefits of training sets that result in an intense burn, or stretch position training, is the production of natural IGF-1. It is also a side effect of oral 17-ALFA ALKYLATED STEROIDS, which cause a higher release of IGF-1 from the liver. IGF-1 receptors exist throughout muscles and organs such as the heart, spleen, small intestines, and kidneys with a higher concentration of receptors exerting effects upon organs. IGF-1 is extremely anabolic, far more so than GH or Insulin.
Recombinant IGF-1 (genetically engineered) was reported to be effective when injected intramuscularly because it causes localized growth. This was the most popular method, and the agreed wisest for the most part. The drug has a half-life of about 10 minutes, and if it is or has been bound to IGF -BP-3, (INSULIN GROWTH FACTOR BINDING PROTEIN) the half- life is extended to about 12 hours. Pro’s often stacked Insulin and/or GH with IGF-1 because IGF-1 shuts off natural GH production and GH causes Insulin resistance. IGF-1 is often referred to as Pro-insulin because it counteracts Insulin resistance and interacts with insulin. But this would actually be an untrue term for IGF-1.
